Sayonara 2008...Hello 2009...

:) Sorry for the very late update...al maklum lah..

Tirai 2008 telah melabuhkan tirainya…byk kisah suka duka, pahit manis di tahun 2008…
January to end of march was all routine for me..nothing interesting in my life…really..agak bosan lah…

It’s all started with my on-off-on trip to Royal Belum…why I said on-off-on? I already signed up for the trip in but then I was assigned to go for International Selection Exercise in Sudan & Ethiopia..it’s a two weeks trip & the trip is about the same time of that Royal Belum trip…I hate to be trapped in this situation…of course, because of the KPIs thingy..i had to say yes to the business trip..bye bye Royal Belum trip… :(

But wait…that’s not it…during my business trip to USM/UUM..I received a text from farah (executive in charge of the International Selection) telling me that Ethiopia is not ready for selection that time, thus I am to choose to go for Sudan or Ethiopia. Well…guess what?.. I don’t care about my swelling arm due to the five injections I have to take as preparation for the overseas trip..i just say.."i’m taking the Ethiopia trip"…I’m not going for Sudan trip simply because I’m going for ROYAL BELUM trip… :)

I was so lucky, the person in charge for the ROYAL BELUM trip, Amir was so helpful..despite the last minute confirmation, he managed to slot me in…thanks amir…then the journey begins...

These group of ppl that i spent half year of 2008 with fun, joy & laughter...being with them in the jungle, in the river and on the road..they changed my life...a lot! from a person who is so afraid of water like river/sea...to some one who can even raft & kayak....that's one of my achievements for the year 2008.

Our first BBQ Party...in April, 26th which i thought it's going to be the one & only gathering sahaja after the trip... but there's actually more coming...

Our very first mountaineering...Gunung Datuk..phew...my first time after 12 years..15th June 08

Second mountaineering for me (the third one for KOMA-some members of KOMA went to Bukit Tabur earlier on). That was in October..this is Raya Climbing...Experience at Irau-Brinchang is priceless..I almost give up half way through but I keep myself going..and finally i did it!

Genting Trailblazer 2008 in early November...read the posting below..

Gunung Nuang, a week after the Genting Trailblazer...yang ni tak der update yaa...sbb malas nk buat...huhuhu..

White water rafting at Gopeng a week after Nuang climb..i guess this is one of my life time achievements...i'm not supposed to raft..i dont want to raft..i hate to raft...but..sungguh pandai adik beradik KOMA aku tu memujuk aku...akhirnya terjebak jugak...syukur alhamdulillah tak ada apa2 yang berlaku..despite ada 2 kali kejadian yg aku panik..org lain aku rasa relax je..aku je yg panik...satu masa water confidence & the other one masa body rafting..hahahaha..yg jadi mangsa selamatkan aku siapa lagi...jai & CK laaaaa....

Yang ini KOMA@Urban Style outing...1. Steps Running@Batu Caves in the morning.(2 kali jer la aku turun naik tangga),

3. Proceed to skate (not me...the others KOMAites laa)

4. Sg Pisang waterfall hunting..before we went for Sg Pisang waterfall we to Corezone for shoopping

KOMA first Futsal, held on 28th November...Team aku menang yaa..dpt Piala Pusingan Kembang Semangkuk...hihihi..

On Dec, 27th we went for Putrajaya Lake Kayak...habis hitam makcik dibuatnya...tapi seronok giler...i started to like the water based activity like rafting & kayak...thanks to Jai yang mula2 memaksa aku rafting masa kt Gopeng dulu...

Last but not least....KOMA celebrating new year at KAO's.

p/s: Overall, 2008 is another excellent year for me...yang manis dikenang...yang pahit jadikan pengajaran...2008 witnessed the end of my 7 years of relationship...
