Assessment interview...

This morning i had my assessment interview for grade progression...eerrmm what shud i say? i think it was funny..since you being assess on something that you didn't actually do...my position is in HRM skg..but i do nothing that relate to HRM...eeerrmm...yes..i know a bit about rem, ppl planning, recruitment, performance mgt, ODS,IR,JPM & all HRM thingy...but to expect me know in depth bout it....sorry...i don't know...

The assesssors were really assessing me by the books...they just ask me about what ever in the HRM module (they are 6 al together..)...and i'm like...gosh..."aku tak hafal la benda2 tu semua..."and i think i just talk crap most of the times... :( i'm trying for a few times to relate to what am i currently doing in my dept...whether or not they bother to jot down...i don't know...

It took me 2 hours for that interview...9-11 am..my session suppose to be at 10.30am - 12.30pm...but just a second after i opened my notes for final revision i received a phone call from the coordinator of this assessment telling me that the 1st candidate who suppose to be interviewed at 9am cannot make it..so she asked me whether or not i'm willing to be the first one to be interviewed...and i said..."i baru nk buat final review ni..."....am trying to say no to it...but as usual...i feel bad when turning that lady down...then i just say..."eerrrmm ok la kot..."

So 9am sharp...went up to 42nd floor...looking for the interview room...then i saw one familiar face...i just thought...is she one of the assessor? true enough...she is...so tawakkal aje la...

Well..i really hope i can make it..

p/s : dah lama giler tak study...bila buka buku..aku rasa lmbt je nk absorb apa aku baca...pressure giler!
